I need a vehicle just to get me to the grocery store and doctors appointments. I have Addison's Disease and total adrenal failure and take injections to stay alive. After five major back surgeries I am in constant pain and need surgery for a rectocelle and bladder prolapse. My faith has been strong but now I am at the end of my rope.
